Connect Apps and Infrastructure

Please see the section on the left, "Set Up App and Infra Integrations", for complete instructions for every integration.

To add an integration:

Go to the Catalog tab
Click on the + App icon on the top right
Select New App and click + Connect

Once you connect an app, you can import resources - e.g. AWS IAM roles, GitHub repos, Salesforce permissions, etc. - that you want to manage access to.

For each resource that you import, you can view the list of users that have access to that resource, configure approval workflows, and conduct periodic access reviews.

Once you import an application, Opal will reflect any changes made on the end system from that point forward. Opal does this by running a periodic sync with the end system to pull changes made on the end system into Opal.
