- Communication tools, such as Slack, to streamline notifications and approvals
- Ticketing providers, such as Jira and Linear, to integrate ticket lifecycle with access requests
- On-call providers, such as PagerDuty and Opsgenie, to automate break-glass access
- In the Opal dashboard, go to Configuration > Settings.
- Select Productivity Integrations.
- Click Connect next to your desired integration.
