Connect Your Productivity Tools

Opal integrates with a number of productivity tools to help your organization's users use Opal via the tools they're familiar with:

1. Communication tools, such as Slack, to streamline notifications and approvals
2. Ticketing providers, such as Jira and Linear, to integrate ticket lifecycle with access requests
3. On-call providers, such as PagerDuty and Opsgenie, to automate break-glass access

To set up Productivity Integrations:

1. Go to the Settings tab under Admin
2. Go to Productivity Integrations
3. Click Connect next to your desired integration
