Monitor Reviewer Progress
Use the Overview tab to monitor progress as your campaign runs. Track each reviewer’s status and send custom reminders individually or in bulk—to reviewers and their managers by clicking the bell icon. These notifications should be sent through the method configured by an admin in your Opal environment. To learn more about notifications, see our notifications guide. In the Reviewer Progress table, click the eye icon (Preview as reviewer) next to any reviewer to preview the campaign in read-only mode as that reviewer sees it, including their assigned items, progress, and any Paladin suggestions.
Review Paladin Insights
If Paladin Insights is on for the campaign, use the Paladin Insights tab to review Paladin’s suggested bulk decisions, hide suggestions from reviewers, or regenerate them. The Overview tab also shows how many items reviewers resolved with Paladin. Learn more.Stop your campaign
You can stop your campaign by clicking Stop Campaign (or let it stop automatically by enabling Stop when all items are reviewed in campaign settings). This locks the campaign for end users while allowing Opal Admins to review and audit decisions before ending the campaign. This is useful when your campaign is configured to revoke access When campaign ends (or Never). The review period allows Opal Admins or Auditors to audit reviewers’ decisions to ensure all approvals and revocations are valid before changes are applied to the connected systems.Overriding reviewers’ decisions
You can override decisions only after the campaign is Stopped, and you must have the Opal Admin role. If your access campaign is set to revoke On decision, revocations submitted before stopping the campaign have already propagated to the end system.
